Got my duffel and it had flaws in it. I called and asked for an exchange and was told I had to buy another, then send back the old one, and then get a refund. Costumer service is not helpful at all and makes the online buying experience way too difficult. In all my online buying this was the most unpleasant experience.
This review was written in the old system and had content requirements that are different than reviews written today.
