I received the pack Thursday, backpacked in Ansel Adams Wilderness the next three days. Fresh snow in September, it was beautiful! I like to go ten days without resupply so I wanted a pack that can easily carry 50 pounds. So far, in just three days of hiking the pack seems great. There are a lot of straps but you get used to it. The straps to make the lid a waist pack are real hard to find but there there. So far so good.
