Using this as a handlebar bag on my Harley FXLRS. It fits perfectly on my riser with some self locking hook and loop straps. I've just been keeping small odds and ends in it like extra straps usb cables, and my registration if its too hot for my gear. Can't say much about water resistance as it's behind my fairing, but I'm sure a good soak with scotch guard couldn't hurt. Gave the other one to my buddy to put on his harley. He liked it a lot.
