I purchased two Gregory Packs and love them. But one of them the Baltoro 65 Harmess was a little to large and I wanted to change it out just the Harmess from a L to a M. I emailed them and did not get a reply. So I them called them and they stated they do not do that. You can only get a pack as is. So my option was keep the L Pack or go to a M Pack but no custom products. That is say to hear because REI will do custom no problem. So if you need special help make sure you get it somewhere else.

- Great all around pack
Cons:
- Campsaver will not adjust harmess
