Bethhebert's Review of GSI Anodized Dutch Ovens
This #14 Dutch oven is awesome! Braises and cooks as well as a black iron Dutch oven, but it is much lighter. I use it often, especially when camping. A lot less trouble than hauling a heavy iron pot!
Pros:
- lightweigh, quality design and workmanship
Cons:
- Have not found any yet will repost if I do
Best Used for:
- Braising
- Stews
- Beans
