This cookset all non-stick coating. The coating when you touch it you feel it is thicker than the other brands and durable. It says the material will make the heat evenly distributed on the pot. All features make it quite heavy. But if you need to cook for 5-6 persons, the weight is reasonable. Recommand to buy one more pot grip.
