Regular Aussie's Review of Helle Dokka Knife
Looks like a great knife but haven't had a chance to use it yet. Couple of observations though initially.
The scales (handles) don't fit perfectly on the knife. At one end,one of the scales is coming away by half a mm. Would not expect this for a high end product. I will email the company and see what they say.
