High alpine bomb shelter - Hilleberg Nallo 3 Tent - 3 Person, 4 Season

Light, bombproof, dry, and comfy. I did a backcountry ski trip up Mount Whitney and spent a week in Death Valley with this tent. It was so light for a 4-season tent for two of us to carry up. I mostly bivvied in Death Valley, but a big storm blew through from the North and I set it up and spent a night in huge winds. I'm a kiteboarder with a good sense for wind and I'd say it blew 50+mph and the tent was bomber. When I got up, mine was the only tent in the campground still standing. :-)

The only complaint is headroom. At 6' tall, my head hits the high part of the ceiling sitting straight up, but I didn't buy this to be spacious. I bought it to be bombproof and light. It is.
