My sister in law recommended these shoes as I want to continue walking during the winter months. They are lightweight & waterproof. (I added slip on cleats as she also recommended since the trail could be icy beneath the packed down snow layer.) I wear my other HOKA walking/running shoes during the regular times. I will stick to this brand from here on out.
