Great shoes for protection of Plantar Faciitis issues. Smooth assistance with stride efficiency and form. Easy to maintain a brisk pace...Some spring after foot plant to promote forward progress. Great for walking long distances, as well. You can still get up to a vigorous speed level for a good workout since this shoe is not "heavy" and due to its efficiency in propelling you forward to continue your run.
