Fits well and looks extremely good. It's extremely comfortable while being pretty darn warm. I wore mine for several months around Boston before taking it to climb Everest. It makes an excellent layer to go climbing with just above your baselayer, as it covers you well from the sun with the hood, provides a good number of pockets, including a very important chest pocket (if you have a climbing harness on over this your size pockets will be inaccessible).

The thumb holes in the sleeves are also very functional and help to ensure your sleeves cover your wrists and don't slide down. This prevents your wrists from getting exposed to sun or cold when you have gloves on.

As it is merino wool it'll smell very funky when it gets wet, but just let it dry completely and it will be fine.

While you can definitely do well fit-wise remember to consider sizing up. I'm 6'2" and fairly muscular but usually wear medium to large T shirts- this hoodie was SO INCREDIBLY TIGHT in the arms and chest as a large I started losing circulation. I sized up to an XL and it was much better.
