The toe box is very narrow, narrower than salmon which I thought would be hard to do.
The major issue for me is the seam where the ankle foam meets the shoe. It is not very seamless and caused blisters on my upper heal.
They are comfortable, stable and lite. Due to the blister issue for me I can not recommend them. I also thought that ran on the small side.
