Great crossfit and/or training shoe - Inov8 F-Lite 230 Trail Running Shoe - Men's

I use this shoe daily for CrossFit classes. My shoe has to enable me to perform 'anything' we do, whether that be running a mile, dead-lifting, or box jumps. The light weight, comfort and stable sole fit the bill perfectly.
