Great shoes for 9round or hiit workouts! - Inov8 F-Lite 230 Trail Running Shoe - Women's

This is my first pair of cross-training shoes in 20 years, and my first pair of Inov 8's, and I'm happy to say they rock! Wearing running shoes for all of my workouts, I wasn't sure how I'd like the minimalist design, but they are great for jump roping, burpees, lateral movements and are really lightweight and comfortable. I highly recommend these shoes for cross-training.
