Jade harmony yoga mat - Jade Yoga Harmony Mats

Mat arrived quickly and exactly as described. Jade Harmony mats provide excellent grip for practice, adding security to movements and power to some stretches.

They do have a lifespan and need to be replaced, depending on your practice. Care instructions (protect from heat and sun) will sustain its life.

I can't comment on how this mat performs in heated yoga studios, but it's been terrific in flow classes and in my personal practice. If you have used inexpensive mats before, you may be quite surprised at how much this mat can change your practice.
The "new bicycle tire" scent fades quickly. Hope these are always available!
