Great specialized product but poor customer service - Jet Boil Sol Titanium Premium Cooking System

Love this stove for its intended purpose - boiling water very quickly. Unfortunately, the accessory pot stand was missing. The product packaging appeared to have been previously opened. This order was placed & confirmed on 11.29.14 but wasn't processed & ready for UPS pickup until 12.3.14. I expect better service from an eCommerce company & will shop elsewhere in the future.
