I had a pair of - Julbo Sherpa Spectron 3+ Lens Mountain Sunglasses

I had a pair of these glass my son bought me for father's day unfortunately they broke I was told they have a life time warranty.
I did buy 2 more pairs on o e pair the string already broke.
Not very happy.
If there is a lifetime warranty could you send me info on returning my broken ones?
I get complaints all the time.
