Kelty gm2 footprint - Kelty Grand Mesa 2 Footprint

I chose to get a footprint for my Kelty Grand Mesa 2 tent. I did do some research into tent footprints and read reviews. Tent footprints information is mixed. I decided to get a footprint to extend the life of the tent floor. Not all terrain is pristine to pitch a tent and that added layer of protection for my tent floor I believe is worth the cost of a tent footprint compared to replacing a tent due to floor damage. I was using a tarp but after a rain of not so level ground I found water between my tent floor and the tarp. The footprint is designed not to allow water between it and the tent floor.
