Comfortable pack for both parents - Kelty Journey 2.0 Child Carrier

I have been using this pack for hiking, walks, and field trips (zoo, etc.) with my 22lb, 14-month old. It is very comfortable, and weight is distributed evenly between shoulders and hips. The torso height and sternum strap adjust easily to switch between myself (5'4") and my husband (6'). My son has stayed in it for more than an hour at a time.
