Not bad but needs waterproofing - Kelty Screenhouse

We purchased the Kelty Screenhouse to use for car camping as a replacement for an older screenhouse. Having had the same Kelty tent for almost 15 years, I had high expectations for the Screenhouse. Initially, I was very pleased. Set up is relatively easy, and although it is easier with 2 people, it can be done by 1 person.
