A great family car camping tent - Kelty Trail Ridge 8 Tent - 8 Person, 3 Season

We just got back from a 10 day bush camping trip throughout southern Kenya, and the Kelty Trail Ridge 8 was an excellent tent! Easy to set up and take down, plenty of room for our family of four plus gear, and we really loved the stargazing fly. We camped through several heavy storms, and stayed bone dry (we also had to pull down the stargazing fly in a pinch when some rain came through, and it was quick and easy). This was our first time using a tent with a vestibule, and it was fairly awkward to enter and exit the tent through the vestibule, especially during rain, but we will get the hang of it.
