I bought 2 of the newest model and tried them out last weekend on a small river. The rapids were too shallow to carry me through and neither showed any damage from bottoming out on the rocks. They track surprisingly well, even when paddling against the current. They truly shine on calm water. Absolutely stable, lashing tabs held my 55 liter dry bag firmly - which was overkill as it never got wet - and I still had plenty enough room. More comfortable and every bit as roomy as the best pool floats/loungers. They were easy to inflate with the included dry bag/bellows and didn't lose any air. Plus, they are half the weight of the lightest packrafts out there (which are several times the price) and take up qbout as much space as a 40oz growler. If I'm hiking near water, a roll of Tenacious Tape (just in case), a set of Advanced Elements Ultralight 4-pc. paddles, and one of these bad boys will be in my pack from now on!
