Nice and light trekking poles - Komperdell Carbon Approach Vario 4 Trekking Pole

These poles are very light and easy to adjust. Not sure what the durability will be over the long haul. The cables between the sections can grind into the carbon which is not ideal, but as long as you're aware you can avoid problems.
