Low price, as advertised product. - Komperdell Carbon Expedition Vario 4 Trekking Pole 2014

These hiking poles were as represented and at the lowest price I could find. I read reviews, specs and examined a wide group of poles and these seemed to be about the best for my needs and were bargain priced. The Campsaver order taker answered my questions without any hesitation or putting me on hold to "consult " with others. There was one slip-up. When the box arrived at my home the top had been torn completely open because of poor taping before shipment. There were no packing materials inside for cushioning, or maybe it all just fell out along the way. The poles were undamaged but whoever packs shipments needs some remedial training and probably some real shipping tape. All in all, an overall grade of "B" with an "A+" for value. This was my first experience buying from Campsaver and I'll be back.
