Worth the wait - Kuhl Arktik Down Parka - Women's

I have been looking for a warm, well made and stylish winter parka. I ordered the Artik, size Medium but was undecided on the color. After some thought, I ordered the Artik Down Parka in Carbon. The fit was perfect and I loved the added features described on line. The Carbon gives a sleek look. However, knowing how much the color Raven had caught my eye and is really more my style in terms of color, I decided to make an exchange. Customer Service was outstanding assisting me and I was clearly informed Raven was backordered. Given the incredible features on this coat, I decided it is well worth the wait.
