This thing is awesome, super warm for a flannel shirt. Honestly could substitute as a coat in cold weather without precipitation. The fleece is very soft and the insulation on the sleeves keeps me sufficiently warm in the cold. I'm a medium/large depending on brand, 6' 180lbs and the medium is just about right bordering on the small side.
