My husband had a pair of these that lasted about 4(ish) years. Not bad considering how much wear he put on them. We had gotten him another boot/brand and while comfortable at first they made him long for the LaSportiva Eco GTX boot he had had. Got him another pair AND the same in a GTX shoe version and he is a most happy man again. Happy husband, happy hiking!
