These poles were exactly the product I was looking for at a reasonable price. They're quick, and easy to adjust and provide not only support but an extra sense of security for the Senior Citizen crowd. Purchased a set of Leki rubber tips for hard surface areas which provide a bit of a bite on smooth surfaces. I venture to the mountains frequently and have hiked portions of the AP trail - can't
