Great investment - Leki Jannu Trekking Poles - Women's

I like to go on hikes...local, while vacationing, etc. I bought these poles for a specific trip to the Adirondacks. They were very lightweight and easy to manipulate. No problem whatsoever adjusting the pole length. I found them especially useful on the hike down, both to secure my footing and take some stress off my knees.I gave one of the poles to my husband, who also found them to be a helpful
