This is my 6th pair of Lems. I've had severe foot pain for few years and after wearing Lems for nearly a year, the pain went away. NO INSERTS!!! I have better footing and balance while being comfortable all day long. Also, my leg and back does not ache from improperly fitted shoes. It did take my body several months to get used to Lems; foot strike, stance, etc. Lastly, after 3 years of wearing only minimals, my feet stretched out a little more than 1/2 a shoe size.
