Sizing is way off. - Lowa Innox GTX Mid Hiking Boot - Women's

I'm not sure what happened to Lowa. Their boots used to be built on the same last for each size. This particular boot was at least half a size, perhaps a much as a full size too big, despite me buying it in size 7. Interestingly, I have another winter Lowa boot that I just purchased in the same size, and it fits perfectly.
Aside from the size issue, the boots were pretty flimsy. Okay for hiking, probably not for backpacking. I think they'd break down pretty fast, particularly if you did much hiking off trail with a week's worth of supplies.
