I own a pair of Lowa Tempest Vent US size 9, same as the Toro GTX.
There is no comparison in the fit. The Tempest has it all over the Toro for comfort, especially in the front end of the shoe. I have been wearing the Toro to see if they might need breaking in time, but it's more than that. I do a lot of walking but I don't see how I could with these. I never had a problem ordering on-line with Merrell's (at least six pair) and, for the price, they are more for me.
