Excellent build quality. Fit like jeans would, a bit form fitting not bulky like ski pants. They are 5 pocket style so look like everyday pants. Warm and waterproof too. My only complaint is lack of waterproof zipper pocket(s) since I will only be using these in high activity outdoors. Zipper would take away the "normal" pants look I guess. Im ok with a little style over function.
