Team Vizsla's Review of Mammut MTR 141 Advanced 10+2 L Backpack
I was looking for a backpack for long training runs on the trails that didn’t feel like I was carrying a monkey on my back and didn’t cost a fortune. The Mammut MTR 141 is perfect for my purposes! It is lightweight (I think the product tag weighs more than the backpack), has lots of room for trail essentials, and has a very nice fit with enough straps to keep it stabile but not constricting while running. You can carry 2 water bottles (1 on each strap) or add a hydration bladder to the appropriate compartment. It should serve me well on those extra long runs through the woods/mountains of Central PA without making me feel overburdened. Will also work well on longer bike rides. Campsaver had the best price and free shipping. Can’t wait to put this backpack to a running test!
