Really warm, can do double duty as an outer jacket albeit a bit snug - Mammut Phase Jacket - Mens

Kind of a normal snuggish Mammut fit; nice long arms; it is much warmer than a regular fleece...the wool blend is really effective. A nice slightly heavier weight midlayer, snug but does not inhibit movement. Terrific under a shell in the cold. Worth buying
