I am 172cm and 66Kg, and size M fits me well with some room to wear in mid-layer fleece in cold weather. The jacket has a very smooth and soft texture and I feel very comfortable even under a very humid condition where I was wearing a short sleeve T-shirt inside. I wore the jacket in a heavy rainy and cold-windy day and it kept me dry and warm. The pit-zip is perfect and allows for ventilation when I get hot. The hood design is spacious enough to allow helmet and its does not block any side-view. Its an ideal all-purpose jacket for all seasons.
