Fresh out of the box, - Mammut Trion Pro 50-7 Alpine Pack

Fresh out of the box, I took this pack backpacking for six days in Southwest Montana & Yellowstone National Park. The minimalist outer strap system still managed to hold all necessary gear (with the addition of a carabiner or two) and the lower-back access zipper was a huge help. Comfortable with 35-45 lbs and 7-12 miles per day, although I haven't really tested it vertically yet. Seems like it'll hold up well for years to come. Fit note - I'm a woman but have slightly broader shoulders, and I found the pack a great fit for my torso.
