Beautiful and practical 3 ply goretex jacket. - Marmot Cerro Torre Jacket - Womens

First impression of the jacket is excellent. Lovely colors, nice styling and detailing. Fabric feel is sturdy but soft and pliable. Tailored a bit at the waist, not boxy. I don't really need the powder skirt, but it zips right out. Fit is good but not perfect. A little larger in the chest/shoulders and a little smaller in the hips than I expected. I am a size 12 woman who has a bigger chest than hips, so this is unusual. Wondering if the original form for this jacket was taken from the men's version and then tucked in at the waist. All in all, though, very happy.
