Fantastic Jacket

Absolutely great jacket! Comfortable and super warm! I read some reviews that stated the jacket was thin and not puffy. My jacket came and it was compressed a bit in the shipping bag. That is easily corrected by fluffing on low temp in the dryer with tennis balls or dryer balls. I washed my jacket right away with Nikwax Down Direct followed by Nikwax Down Proof (fantastic products).

Great value, great look, super warm

Was really wanting a winter weight puffy and looked at a couple and landed on the Guide Down Hoody for primarily 2 reasons: first, that sick gold and green colorway (the green is for money, the gold is for the honey). second, the dual slider zipper. I don't understand why every separating zipper on the market is not a dual slider. Need to sit? Need to belay? Need to vent? The guides down hoody was the only affordable dual slider zip down puffy I could find. The rest are seemingly all super deluxe 999 fillpower down and cost more than a solid used car. Newsflash everybody, 700 fill down is still really warm and compressible.

I've been searching for a light weight down jacket for a while and after trying dozens this one room the cake. From fit to features this jacket is amazing. I would highly recommend it. The jacket runs big so after trying the large I went with the medium. I'm 5'11 200lbs

Great fit, really warm

I ordered 2X and it is a very relaxed fit can easily wear layers if I need to. Wore this jacket in -20 for a couple hours and never felt a chill and I was just wearing a t shirt underneath. Color, fit, and warmth are all excellent. Highly recommend.

Once done, I couldn’t believe how the jacket puffed up and is super rain repellent. Highly recommend this jacket and Nikwax product line (sold here on amazon as well).

Great Jacket

Great jacket, bought for Michigan winters. Light wt, comfortable, warm into single digits temps. Cuffs and hood useful features. Water resitantance untested to this point. Bill of hood a bit cumbersome.

ilove the fit and breathable capabilities,it look like warmly and i don't even put a hard-shell over it. pockets keep your hands nice and toasty. combined with some good base layers i'm never cold with this on!

Great jacket!

I purchased two jackets from CampSaver. I liked them both, but this is the one I am buying a second one of, as a backup. It is very light. Very comfortable and extremely warm. Not to mention, I got 2 compliments on the jacket the first day I wore it.

used it the other day on a windy mountaintop... didn't feel any of the cold and also dind't feel any of the weight while hiking up with the jacked in my backpack... very happy with it
