Abundant pilling - Marmot Poacher Pile Jacket - Mens

I only gave this sweater 2 stars due to liking the style so much. I should have listened to the reviewer that stated there was a serious amount of pilling evident after washing. Due to the review being written in 2013 I was hoping the issue had been resolved, it wasn't!. The material has a massive amount of small pilling right out of the box. I can't imagine how it would look after minimal wear. I had to return it for a store credit to keep from paying for shipping which is fair I believe. This sweater would't be a good deal at half the price I'm afraid. Once again makes me gun shy of wool products, in this case only 35%. Better to pay more or stick with merino wool blends. I should note that I still like Marmont products, just not this one.
