I bought this pack for hiking but also use it for traveling on the plane. I didn't want one of the 30l day packs that have 8 different pockets and you can never remember what is were. I am 6'4 and this pack is long and slim so it still fits very well for being a 20l, it rides just right on my back and the waist belt is right were it needs to be.
