This running jacket is one of the best purchases I've made in many years. The jacket is highly wind resistant and fits great. The cinch strap allows you to tighten the waist band portion of the jacket which therefore prevents wind from going up jacket. I love this jacket, and I feel it could easily do well in single digit temps with a base layer and fleece beneath it. Thanks for the great price on this one!
