The Merrill Fuse Trail shoe was recommended to me by my personal trainer. I have an injured knee from a bike accident and flat feet. I was skeptical, but found that these shoes are light and give my feet better contact with ground, so i don't trip or twist my ankles. This is my second pair. I am now wearing them around town. I have given my heavier running shoes away to Goodwill.
