This is a great training board. Will definitely help you. If you are new to climbing. I recommend you just climb. But also works great as a pull-up bar using the big holds. You will like this piece of equipment as do I.

Great price @ Campsaver and fast delivery. Tons of holds from small crimps to flat slopers, you will NOT get bored with this training board. Included is a Metolius workout guide for differing levels. I feel stronger after a couple weeks of use after not climbing due to achilles injury whipping onto a ledge. Psyched to have the Stimulator to work on contact strength so I'll be ready to get back on

I love this trainer!!! me and my boyfriend just started climbing and I bought it as a trainer during the wintertime when we aren't able to go outdoors and WOW! my forearms are in great shape from just hanging on this! I highly recommend this to a friend. However, I would want to tell you to keep your legs in check...don't forget to build their strength too ;)

Could be a bit larger, but still awesome.
Great texture after chalk use.

I don't have a lot of time outside of school and family to really feed my bouldering addictions so the 3D simulator has been the perfect solution to keep my strength up for when I do get out to the stone.
Pros: There's a whole lotta pros. For at-home finger and strength training the 3D simulator is definitely a necessity as part of your apparatus for getting the best results.
Cons: Don't forget ab

It really helps with arm and finger strength, you just have to be very careful not to overdo it or you won't get anywhere. It's difficult to get started on if you don't have any climbing strength to begin with, but you can get there if you work at it. Just be aware that this is a long process. You can't expect instantaneous results. Overall a great product though. I would have someone to help you
