I bought this jacket because my last climbing trip resulted in my hide being frozen 95% of the time. Destined to not let that happen again, I bought the Frost Smoke Parka. My most recent climbing trip turned out to be the coldest day of the year at 23F. I layered clothing, but ultimately ended up just wearing this coat and was comfortable.
