Ranting runner's Review of Mont Bell Thermawrap Skirt - Women's
I bought this on a whim and didn't want to take it off. I don't use it for camping, I just throw it on over tights after I have worked out. It kept out the chill nicely. I have even worn it as a casual skirt and my fashionista teenager approved! One side is waterproof so it would catch the water under the drip line of a raincoat in Pacific Northwest rains, if you didn't feel like wearing rain pant
