This umbrella is unbelievably light yet strong and has excellent coverage for such a small pack size. It weighs significantly less than another backpacking umbrella that I have so that one will no longer have a place in my pack. It works well to keep the rain off of me and my pack. It saves me from having to carry and wear a rain jacket during those spring and summer pop-up showers that are so
