Package is over 3 weeks in shipment with ups - Montane Prism Vest - Mens

Hey Campsaver - Have I told you how displeased I am with UPS. My package ordered in early September wasn't even registered for tracking by UPS until September 10. The last tracking notice shows the package is still sitting in LA. I am pretty frustrated. I know it is out of your hands but still really disappointed the vest didn't arrive by now :(
