Garbage customer service - Moose Knuckles Stirling Parkas - Women's

If you expect to get a good customer service from a company that grabs thousands of dollars from its clients, think again. I recently had to plead for Moose Knuckle to fix a defective jacket that was purchased only 2 years ago, but was turned down as I could not find my receipt. I tried to explain how ridiculous it is to expect someone to retain a receipt from 2 years ago, but their reps just threw a link to their policy. The authenticity tag is still available on the jacket, but Moose Knuckle seems to be looking for any means to avoid guaranteeing warranty repairs. Garbage customer service.
