This jacket kept me comfortable in the broadest range of temperatures and conditions. I've used it as a stand-alone ice climbing jacket and layered it under a hardshell when the weather was really coming down. This is really one of the most versatile pieces in my kit, I always bring it just in case and always end up using it, no matter what the adventure is. (the octa-yarn material inside is also the coziest to just hang out at home or around camp in)
